Unlike other wrens, the Cactus Wren eats seeds and fruits. It forages mostly on the ground vegetation for insects, such as beetles, ants, wasps, and grasshoppers, and occasionally small lizards and frogs. Some cactus fruit and berries and seeds are also eaten. Tucson, Arizona, USA
